Born in Berlin in 2007, violinist Maurice Pappé began playing the violin at the age of five and later expanded his musical skills to include the organ and piano. He is a multiple prize winner of “Jugend musiziert” and was awarded second prize at the International Mozart Competition Berlin in 2025. Maurice performs passionately both as a soloist and as an orchestral musician and has already given concerts in Germany, France, Austria, and Poland. Since October 2024, he has been playing a violin by Ægidius Kloz, which was made available to him by the German Musical Instruments Fund as part of a scholarship from the German Music Foundation.
